• LNG Terminal provide un-interrupted supply of Gas into the National Gas Grid providing electricity to the industry hundred of  & thousand of house hold around the country.
• Oil terminal is a state of the art environmental friendly marine oil terminal. It was the first terminal to be developed by the private sector on BOO basis.
• Container Terminal is Pakistan’s first dedicated international container terminal established by the private sector on BOO basis. 
• An integrated bulk liquid chemical import /export and storage terminal was constructed as a joint venture of Engro Chemical of Pakistan Limited and Royal Vopak of the Netherlands on BOT basis.
• A dedicated Liquid Cargo Terminal (Jetty) – a Greenfield development has been established by M/s. FWQ ENTERPRISES (PVT.) LIMITED, KARACHI (A Joint Venture Company of Malaysia and Pakistan), adjacent to Marginal Wharf Berth-I (MW-I) at Port Qasim on Build, Operate & Transfer (BOT) Basis.

• A dedicated integrated LPG terminal has been constructed and commissioned under the BOT concept at Port Qasim.

• Grain and Fertilizer Terminal was established on BOT basis in October 2010 by Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminal (Pvt) Limited. Capacity of the terminal is 4 million tonnes per annum and suitable for handling 75,000 DWT vessels. ns.

• 2nd Container Terminal was established in 2010, on BOT basis having capacity of 1.175 million TEUs
