PQA has evolved a phase-wise strategy to achieve complete automation of all of its business processes in line with its mission to provide better services to its customers and improve internal control with enhancement of efficiency of business processes. Implementations of different IT projects are under progress besides utilizing existing software applications (Revenue, Cargo Throughput, Personnel & Payroll, Stores Inventory, GL and General Provident Fund systems) developed in 2001. A comprehensive network information has also been installed.
